Frequently asked questions
Can I read my child's messages?
No. That goes against the core principle of the product. Messages, emails and chat content are never read or stored.
Can the app be hidden from the child?
No. The child can always see the app and review what is being monitored on the "What is my parent seeing?" screen.
Is iPhone supported?
Currently only Android for the child device. Parents manage from the web panel or the Parent Android app. iOS support is on the roadmap.
How do I cancel?
One click. After cancellation, all features stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal stops.
Where is my data stored?
On our servers in Türkiye, under KVKK. Location data is kept up to 90 days, usage data up to 12 months. When an account is deleted, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
